  • One-time retainer (non-refundable) payment. Your Full Payment Photo Den Pass is a one-time retainer that secures your spot in the Photo Den for 12 months. This retainer payment does not renew automatically every year.

  • Collections / sets. A collection set of up to 4 coordinating items photographed together counts as 1 product and includes group shots. If you want individual/solo photos of items within the set, each solo counts as an additional product.

  • Shipping. Client is responsible for shipping to and from Photo Den (including tracking and insurance, if desired).

  • Timing & delays. Products must arrive by the 7th to be included in that month’s shoot. Edited preview galleries are delivered by the last business day of the month; finals are sent within 24 hours after purchase. If your shipment arrives late or is delayed by the carrier, the project moves to the next month’s cycle.
