• How can you be my photographer if I live in a different location?

  I have clients all over the world! You ship your products to me, I shoot them and send them back using a return shipping label provided by you.

• How many images will I see in my gallery?

  Variety is important! You will have several options to choose from your package or subscription images. The amount of images you receive with your photo package varies. Please see each package for details.
  
  Photo Fox Den subscribers will receive 15 new images every subscription month.
  
  You will also have the opportunity to purchase additional images within your gallery outside of your package selections.

• What is the Photo Fox Den?

  A product photography subscription service! You will have your own personal product photographer on a monthly basis. One payment a month and no more stressing about your product images!

• How does the Photo Fox Den subscription work?

  Here is a rundown on how it works:

  • Every subscribed month, you will send me 3 products maximum and I will send you a gallery for you to choose 15 images. Add-on products can be purchased. Please see the terms of service for Information regarding collections and sets.

  • Included with your subscription, you will receive a Branding Brainstorm one-on-one call with me so we can discuss your product photography needs.

  • Products need to be delivered to me by the 7th of each month. If products are delivered after the 7th, your subscription will be moved over by one month and your gallery will be delivered the next month.

  • The rest of the month is where I plan your shoot, procure any props, models, or locations and shoot your products.

  • Your gallery will be delivered by the last day of your subscription month via email.

  • If a subscription is purchased after the first week of the month, your subscription will begin the following month unless otherwise specified.

• Can I purchase more images outside of the package or subscription allotment?

  Absolutely! You will have a variety of images to choose from!
  
  Additional images can be purchased outside of your package allotment during checkout.

• Do you offer modeled images?

  Yes, I have a model add-on available for purchase in addition to any package or subscription.
  
  Photo Fox Den subscribers, you may purchase the model add-on as needed for any subscription month you would like those products featured on a model.
  
  Animal models are also available. Please contact me for availability prior to purchasing to make sure I have what you need.
