PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE PURCHASERS

Turnaround time

Turnaround time for photographs is currently 8-10 weeks from the date when the product is received. A gallery will be delivered via email with instructions on how to obtain your digital images based on the photo package(s) purchased.

Payments

Monthly Payment is automatically charged every month starting from the original purchase date until all payments are made in accordance to the subscription purchased. Full payment subscriptions will not auto-renew and only one payment will be charged. (i.e. a 12 month subscription will be charged monthly 12 times total).

Product Limits

The 1 product subscription includes up to 5 digital images per month.
The 3 product subscription includes up to 15 digital images per month.

Please note that the photographer will not photograph or deliver images of products that infringe on copyright or intellectual property laws. If your product involves copyrighted or trademarked material, you must provide a license from the owner, granting permission for its use.

Product lines, gift sets and collections

Collections or sets can consist of no more than 4 products for it to be considered 1 product for single packages or subscriptions.. Any additional products will count towards your package or subscription product limit. Collections and gift sets will be photographed in a group setting. If more products or individual digital images of items in the set or collection are needed, a photo package or product add-on must be purchased prior to your gallery delivery. See Add-ons.

Monthly Cut-off dates for gallery delivery

Products must be shipped and delivered to the photographer no later than the 7th calendar day for each subscription month. If you already know which products you will be sending in advance, you may send more than 1 month at a time. The shipping address is located in the subscription tracker you will receive access to in your welcome email. Please also see Shipping.

If your products arrive after the 7th calendar day of the month, your subscription will be moved to the next month for gallery delivery. You WILL NOT lose your subscription month as it will roll over.

If a Subscription to the Photo Fox Den is purchased after the first week of the month, your subscription will begin the following month unless otherwise specified.

If products are not received by the 7th calendar day of the month, a gallery will not be delivered. Please also see Digital Gallery Delivery.

Please be sure to book your Branding Brainstorm session to discuss information regarding your product photography needs.

Cancellation fees

A $150 USD cancellation fee will be sent via invoice if a Branding Brainstorm call has already been conducted. A cancellation contract will also be sent to sign and be returned to Photographer.

STANDARD TERMS

Refunds and cancellations

All consulting services, photo packages, subscription purchases, and add-ons are non-refundable once a digital gallery or images have been delivered due to services rendered.

A refund can be requested within 30 days of the original purchase as long as a branding brainstorm call and or image delivery has not been completed. These refunds will be provided once a cancellation contract has been signed and returned to Photographer.

If items have not been sent to and received by Photographer within a year from the original purchase of your photo or subscription package, you forfeit services and understand you will not receive any digital product photography galleries for your items. Photo packages, Subscriptions, and add-ons are non-transferable.

Add-ons

Modeled Photography is an add-on separate from photo and subscription packages and is not included. You may add Modeled photography to your package or any subscription month needed by purchasing the respective add-on to your package or subscription.

Product lines, gift sets and collections

Shipping

Client is responsible for shipping to and from Photographer. The Client is to create a return shipping label to be included in the package when sent to the photographer. Photographer is not responsible for any damage incurred during delivery transit - insurance is recommended if not already included with postage purchase.

Digital Image Delivery

Photographer will provide a Proof Gallery to choose your photos. The proof gallery is for viewing only and will display a watermark. Final files will not show a watermark. Screenshots of proof gallery are prohibited. Your chosen digital files will be delivered by email via a download link. It may take up to 24 hours for the download link to be delivered.

Galleries and or digital images will not be delivered if payments have not been completed.

You have the option to purchase and download your digital images within one year from the gallery delivery date. Following this initial year, the digital images will be archived for an extra year. If needed, Cloud Archive Recovery of images can be arranged for an additional fee of $49. Anytime beyond this extended timeframe, the images will be permanently deleted from storage.

Commercial Use License

All digital images downloaded include commercial use for Client only. This commercial license allows print for marketing materials, social media platform posts, seller platform listing images, and clients’ websites. Licensing for reselling of images is not provided under this Commercial use License and is strictly prohibited. This license is non-transferable.

Usage and Distribution of Content:

Clients are not permitted to distribute, resell, or grant access to the digital content supplied by LuluFox Photo to external businesses without acquiring an additional commercial licensing agreement. Should clients intend to furnish digital photography content from LuluFox Photo to their wholesale customers or collaborators, an extended commercial licensing fee is required and available upon request.

Copyright

Photographer maintains sole copyright and is the sole owner of all digital images provided to Client. Raw or unedited images will not be released. The final digital image photographs cannot be altered in any way by Client. Overlays of copy for marketing are permitted.

Photographer Use

Digital images of Client's products may be used for Photographer's portfolio or marketing efforts - credit of product and company will be provided where possible.
