Monthly Membership. Your Photo Den Pass reserves a dedicated monthly spot in the Photo Den. Membership renews automatically each month until canceled and can be canceled anytime before your next billing date. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable.
Collections / sets. A collection set of up to 4 coordinating items photographed together counts as 1 product and includes group shots. If you want individual/solo photos of items within the set, each solo counts as an additional product, or add the Set Upgrade ($75) to cover the extra styling and shots.
Shipping. Client is responsible for shipping to and from Photo Den (including tracking and insurance, if desired).
Timing & delays. Products must arrive by the 7th to be included in that month’s shoot. Edited preview galleries are delivered by the last business day of the month; finals are sent within 24 hours after purchase. If your shipment arrives late or is delayed by the carrier, the project moves to the next month’s cycle.
